What was published comes back on the meal counter or in News & Stories.
This is the path of a gift. It does not add a meal count. Published figures stay on the meal counter and in News & Stories.
Tracked on SupplierAdvisor®
SupplierAdvisor® (opens in a new tab) is the supply-chain record for the order. The steps below follow what that platform publishes: purchase orders move Draft, Sent, Accept, Deliver and Rate; shipments can carry live events; invoices sit on the same books as the order. Where a detail is not spelled out for every delivery, the wording stays general.
The donor pays the foundation by EFT and uses the reference. That payment is not itself an order on SupplierAdvisor®.
The foundation raises a purchase order on SupplierAdvisor®. The platform describes that order moving from Draft to Sent.
Big Five Foods accepts the purchase order. SupplierAdvisor® shows Accept as a state both sides of the order share.
Big Five Foods produces and fulfils the order. SupplierAdvisor® places make and ship in the same loop, and its operations view includes picking before goods leave.
The journey is followed with live shipment events. SupplierAdvisor® also describes fleet and driver visibility, and an operations view from the purchase order through to delivery.
The purchase order moves to Deliver, and the meals arrive at the ECD centre. Shipment events record the journey on the order.
The invoice sits on the same books as the purchase order. That is how SupplierAdvisor® describes the commercial trail.
Children receive a fortified breakfast. The foundation reports what it has published, on the meal counter and in News & Stories.
SupplierAdvisor® publishes those purchase-order states, live shipment events, and invoices on the same books. Proof of delivery is named on its public-sector school pathway, not claimed here for every ECD centre. After delivery it also describes a score for on-time, in-full and error-free. No score for this foundation is shown on this page. Donors read the foundation’s own report on the meal counter and in News & Stories.
