What the site itself stores
The contact form and the proof-of-payment form do not save your message on this website. They open an email in your own email app, addressed to eduard@coatsapplied.co.za. If you send that email, it arrives like any other mail.
There is no donor account and no card checkout on this site.
News by email
The sign-up form asks for your name, your email address, and your agreement under this notice. If a newsletter store has been connected (Vercel Blob or Supabase), those details are kept so the foundation can send news, together with the time you agreed. If no store is connected, the form opens an email in your own email app to eduard@coatsapplied.co.za and nothing is saved on the website. The details are not sold. You can ask us to stop using them by emailing eduard@coatsapplied.co.za.
When you write or give
If you email, phone, or send proof of payment, the foundation uses your name and contact details to answer you, match a gift, and send a thank-you or a receipt. Details are not sold.
Other services
The Facebook page is a separate service. Restore Africa Foundation on Facebook (opens in a new tab). Food orders and deliveries are managed on SupplierAdvisor® (opens in a new tab), which has its own terms.
Photographs of children
Photographs on this site are pictures the foundation has already published. Please do not send photographs of children to the contact address unless the foundation has asked you to, and a parent or guardian has agreed.
